When ever you suspect that your product does not work normally,
the first thing is,please contact us to support if it can be fixed by online service.
Once it is determined defective ,we will determine to send you spare parts for repairing or request you to return.

We will deliver spare parts within 3 working days normally for your repairing.
For returned product, after we receive it ,it will be repaired or replaced within 15 days. Customers will not need to charge for the repairing during warranty period. However,if the returned product does not comply with the conditions of the warranty service, you may need to pay reasonable fees(repairing fees/delivery fees).
